Lavas X10 smartphone which was listed online by an e-commerce website last week, has finally been launched. The highlight of the smartphone at its price is that it comes with 3GB of RAM and supports Indian 4G LTE bands. The dual-SIM (Micro-SIM card). It runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop and the company touts that the handset will be upgradeable to Android 6.0 Marshmallow. It features a 5-inch HD (720x1280 pixels) IPS display with a pixel density of 293ppi. It also sports Corning Gorilla Glass 3 for protection. The smartphone is powered by a 1.3GHz quad-core processor.

Display and Configuration

The Lava Irix X10 arrives with a 5.0-inch HD IPS LCD display with a screen resolution of 720 x 1,280 pixels that eventually results in a pixel density of 294ppi. The display is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass which resists user marks and scratches. The phone is powered by a 1.3GHz quad-core processor mated with 3GB RAM which ensures user get seamless performance while gaming and multitasking. The graphics is taken care by Mali-T720 MP2 which delivers rich visuals and quality pictures. The device runs Android v5.1 (Lollipop) as its operating system.

Camera and Storage

The smartphone from Lava is equipped with a 13MP autofocus camera which is backed by a CMOS sensor and dual LED flash. For selfie lovers, there is a 5MP front camera which doesn't compromise with quality and make sure the users get hassle free experience in capturing their favourite moments. The other camera features include Auto Flash, Continuos Shooting, Exposure compensation, Face detection, Geo tagging, High Dynamic Range mode (HDR), Touch to focus and White balance presets. All these ingredients help it match its competitors and the dual LED flash is an added advantage. For data storage, the phone comes with an inbuilt memory of 16GB which can further be expanded up to 32GB via a microSD card.

The Lava Iris X10 is powered with a 2,900mAh li-po battery which gives a talktime of up to 30 hours on 2G. Talking about the connectivity, the phone is provisioned to support 4G, Wi-Fi 802.11, b/g/n, Mobile hotspot, Bluetooth, A-GPS and USB along with Tethering which means users get a lot of flexibility in terms of connectivity.

The Lava Iris X10 is one of the best phones in its budget. It has all the elements to woo the users with its powerful configuration, camera and good connectivity features. In addition, it comes with accelerometer, hall Sensor, light sensor and proximity sensor. So, if you are not a brand conscious person then this device is worth going for.
